Sparkly green cubic fluorite cluster with quartz druzy. This is often nicknamed  "sugar fluorite" because the tiny quartz crystals on the surface resemble sugar sprinkles. This specific piece has a quartz matrix and defined fluorite cubes on top, plus some crystals on the back too!
