We make every effort to show the mineral from all angles in photos and videos. Please message us before purchasing if you have any questions.

 

Forfeiting Payment Plans
Failure to complete payments on the agreed upon payment plan terms equates to forfeiting the deposit, amounts paid so far and items.
The terms are very strict because unfortunately too many people have taken advantage in the past. I need to protect my business in order to keep operating. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand all items are packaged safely but minerals are fragile and how the postal service handles them can be unpredictable.

Making a claim with Canada Post
In order to make an insurance claim with Canada Post regarding damaged packages:

  • take photos of the damaged exterior packaging upon receipt
  • take photos of the damaged items
  • the Customer or addressee must make the shipment available for inspection by Canada Post
  • keep the item and its packaging in case they're required for the claim assessment with Canada Post
  • convey any other relevant details

Claims are processed through Canada Post. All determinations are the sole discretion and responsibility of Canada Post. Claim payouts are made by Canada Post. Once a decision is made by Canada Post, we will inform you of the result and provide any applicable value payment.
