Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Some packaging materials (such as bubblewrap and foam) are reused to minimize waste.

CANADA (Domestic)

Shipping starts at US$11. Exact cost is based on weight and size of the package. No duties/customs fees. Orders are shipped via Regular or Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking. 

 

USA

Shipping starts at US$12.50. Exact cost is based on weight and size of the package. Orders are shipped via Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking. As of August 29, 2025, all packages will incur duties but Reverie Minerals will prepay them so there will not be any additional fees when your package arrives.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 5-6 business days

*Due to the new tariffs starting August 29, 2025, there will be processing delays as there are now many new additional tariffs forms to fill out.

 

CANADA POST SHIPPING SPEED
Within Canada: around 6-7 business days
USA: around 8-9 business days (not including random/occasional customs hold up)
*Due to the new tariffs starting August 29, 2025, there are shipping delays caused by US Customs at the border due to new procedures.

 

DUTIES/CUSTOMS FEES
Reverie Minerals is not responsible for packages held at customs.

As of August 29, 2025, all packages to USA will incur duties but Reverie Minerals will prepay them so there will not be any additional fees when your package arrives.

Customers outside USA are responsible for any duties/customs clearance fees. If the customer does not pay these fees and decides to return the package to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.


DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand all items are packaged safely but minerals are fragile and how the postal service handles them can be unpredictable.

In order to make an insurance claim with Canada Post regarding damaged packages:

  • take photos of the damaged exterior packaging upon receipt
  • take photos of the damaged items
  • keep the item and its packaging in case they're required for the claim assessment with Canada Post
  • customer or addressee must make the shipment available for inspection by Canada Post
  • convey any other relevant details

Claims are processed through Canada Post. All determinations are the sole discretion and responsibility of Canada Post. Claim payouts are made by Canada Post. Once a decision is made by Canada Post, we will inform you of the result and provide any applicable value payment.

 

Reverie Minerals is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address information given by the customer.
